Listening to the River Family Hike and Geo-caching Adventure at Sabin Pond
In conjunction with the Michigan Department of Natural Resource’s Project Go – Get Outdoors, the Listening to the River project partners offered a community-wide watershed hike and geo-caching adventure for area families. This family-oriented hike combined a fun geo-caching activity with learning about the science of watersheds and how to use hand-held GPS units and digital recording devices.
